Rodin Vortex Coil 12-ray

Rodin vortex coil, 12-ray — an 8 cm coil wound to Marko Rodin's vortex-math pattern as a 12-point star. Creates a magnetic and torsion field; connects to a phone, computer or audio device via a 3.5 mm mini-jack using a tone-generator app.

How it works

The "star-12" winding forms a field with a distinctive geometry. You set the frequency in a tone-generator app and the coil turns the audio signal into an electromagnetic field.
