1. Definitions

• Company — AWT Technologies (Atlant Wave Technologies).
• Website — awttechnologies.com and its subdomains.
• User — any person using the Website.
• Products — goods and services presented on the Website.
• AWT Coin — the internal accounting unit of the AWT ecosystem.

2. Account

Access to certain features requires registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding access to your account. The Company has the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

3. Orders and Payment

The description, characteristics, and prices of Products are provided on the Website and may change. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the Company. Payment is made using the methods available on the Website. The Company has the right to refuse to confirm an order (including due to a product being out of stock or a technical error in the price), refunding any amount paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by carriers (Nova Poshta and others). The stated timeframes are approximate. The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the User from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier or received by the User — in accordance with applicable law.

5. Returns and Exchange

A consumer User has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within the timeframes and under the conditions provided by consumer protection legislation, except for goods that are not subject to return under the law. Goods of improper quality are subject to replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

6. AWT Coin

AWT Coin is the internal accounting unit of the AWT ecosystem, used for discounts and loyalty programs. AWT Coin is not electronic money, a means of payment, or a cryptocurrency, is not exchangeable for cash outside the ecosystem, and does not guarantee any income. The rules for accruing and using AWT Coin are determined by the Company and may be changed by it.

Materials about investment projects on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute individual investment, financial, or legal advice. Any investment involves risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of invested funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
