Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• The Company — AWT Technologies (Atlant Wave Technologies).
• The Site — awttechnologies.com and its subdomains.
• The User — anyone using the Site.
• Products — the goods and services presented on the Site.
• AWT Coin — internal loyalty points within the AWT ecosystem.

2. What we sell

AWT devices are consumer electrical products for experiments and demonstrations. They are not medical devices, have not undergone medical certification, are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and are not a substitute for seeing a doctor. AGE water is drinking water, not a medicine or a food supplement. We make no health claims.

3. Your account

Some features require registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give and for keeping your account secure. The Company may suspend or delete an account if these Terms or the law are broken.

4. Orders and payment

Descriptions, specifications and prices are given on the Site and may change. An order is accepted once the Company confirms it. Payment is by card through a payment provider, or on collection. The Company may decline to confirm an order (for example if an item is out of stock or the price contained a technical error), refunding any money paid. 5. Delivery, returns and exchanges

Timings, costs and the delivery process are on the delivery and payment page. The 14-day right of withdrawal, the 24-month warranty and the refund process are on the returns and exchanges page. Both pages form an integral part of these Terms and do not narrow any consumer right granted by law.

6. AWT Coin

AWT Coin is internal loyalty points for discounts in our shop. AWT Coin is not electronic money, a means of payment, a cryptocurrency or a security; it cannot be exchanged for cash outside the ecosystem, grants no share in the Company and guarantees no income. The Company sets the rules for earning and spending and may change them with prior notice.

7. Projects and risk warning

Material about production projects is informational only and is not individual investment, financial or legal advice. Any participation carries the risk of losing part or all of the money committed. Past results do not guarantee future ones. The User decides alone, against their own financial means; where appropriate we recommend consulting an independent adviser.

8. Intellectual property

All material on the Site (text, images, logos, design, source code) belongs to the Company or is used lawfully and is protected by law. Using, copying or distributing it without the Company's written permission is prohibited.

9. Acceptable use

The User must not:

• disrupt the normal operation of the Site;
• gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• use the Site for unlawful purposes;
• copy or distribute content without permission;
• mislead other users or the Company.

10. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided «as is». The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Site, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this section limits the consumer rights granted by Ukrainian law.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Company may change these Terms. A new version takes effect on publication and applies to orders placed after it. Orders already placed remain governed by the version in force when they were placed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing that, under Ukrainian law, and a consumer may bring a claim at their place of residence.
