This document is a formal offer to enter into a contract of sale on the terms below. It is addressed to anyone placing an order on awttechnologies.com. When you press the confirm-order button the contract is concluded — nothing else needs signing. This follows Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2. What is being sold
The Seller sells and the Buyer purchases the goods listed in the Site's catalogue: vortex electrostatic field devices, coils, generators, accessories, AGE drinking water and access to training courses.
AWT devices are consumer electrical products for experiments and demonstrations. They are not medical devices, they have not undergone medical certification, they are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and they are not a substitute for seeing a doctor.
Descriptions, specifications, images and prices are given on the Site. Because the devices are assembled by hand, an individual unit may differ slightly in appearance from the photograph — every winding is unique.
3. How the contract is formed
The contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer places an order on the Site and confirms it.
By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they:
- have read and accept this Offer, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the delivery and returns rules;
- have given accurate details;
- are 18 or older, or are acting with a parent's or guardian's consent.
The Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email. Until that confirmation the Seller may decline the order — for example if the item is out of stock or the price contained a technical error. Any money already paid is refunded in full.
4. Price and payment
Prices on the Site are in US dollars and may change. The price fixed at the moment the order is placed is the one that applies to it.
Payment is by card through a payment provider, or on collection. Card details are handled by the provider; the Seller neither sees nor stores them.

5. Delivery and returns
Timings, costs and the delivery process are set out on the delivery and payment page.
The 14-day right of withdrawal, the warranty and the refund process are set out on the returns and exchanges page.
Both pages form an integral part of this Offer.
6. Liability
The Seller is liable for the quality of the goods within the warranty obligations and consumer protection law.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details they give and for using the device according to its manual. The device produces an electromagnetic field — it must not be switched on near a pacemaker or other active medical implant, left unattended, or given to children.
The Seller is not liable for the consequences of using the device against its manual, for opening or modifying it, or for expectations based on claims made by third parties that do not appear in the product description on the Site.
Nothing in this section limits the consumer rights granted by Ukrainian law.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to perform where this is caused by force majeure: hostilities, air raid alerts, power cuts, decisions of public authorities, natural events, or failures of carriers or payment systems.
The Seller informs the Buyer of such circumstances and either agrees a new deadline or refunds the money.
8. Personal data
By placing an order the Buyer consents to the processing of the personal data needed to perform the contract: name, email, phone, delivery address.
What is collected, why, and for how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Term and changes
This Offer is in force from the day it is published on the Site until the Seller withdraws it or replaces it with a new version.
The Seller may change the Offer. A new version takes effect on publication and applies to orders placed after it. Orders already placed remain governed by the version in force when they were placed.
10. Disputes and governing law
This Offer is governed by the law of Ukraine.
Disputes are settled by negotiation. Failing that, through the courts under Ukrainian law; a consumer may bring a claim at their place of residence.
